Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, applying evidence-based practices to design personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each individual.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that each client's care is holistic and targeted.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R) within the state of Washington.
