Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms with individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs, goals, and therapeutic outcomes, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records to enhance ongoing treatment and comply with industry regulations.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques, best practices in telehealth, and evolving mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will be supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, relationship concerns, and other psychosocial stressors, all from a trauma-informed and culturally competent perspective.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey empathy and understanding remotely, creating a safe space for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior work experience in counseling or mental health settings, particularly in teletherapy roles, is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches.

• Experience using telehealth systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms to document client information efficiently and securely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
