Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ unique challenges, goals, and stressors, and personalize treatment plans that integrate mindfulness practices.

• Lead group workshops and classes that educate participants on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and effective coping mechanisms, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.

• Monitor and document client progress diligently, ensuring that records of mindfulness interventions and treatment outcomes are maintained accurately.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW within Georgia.

• Strong foundational knowledge in mindfulness practices; prior training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly favorable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000.
