Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to inform treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various settings such as individual, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring patients receive prompt care and resources necessary for their well-being during acute distress periods.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in strict adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in psychoeducation initiatives, equipping patients and their families with knowledge and practical tools to manage their mental health effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to facilitate integrated care for patients.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and adjust plans as necessary to optimize patient care.

• Continuously update your knowledge on mental health best practices and emerging trends to enhance clinical capabilities.
