This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience processing high-volume accounts payable in a fast-paced environment and partnering with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.The ideal candidate will bring strong AP fundamentals, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficientlyReview invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentationManage payment processing, including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and other disbursement methodsReconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely mannerRespond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive external relationshipsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate expense coding and timely approvalsAssist with month-end close activities related to accounts payableMaintain organized AP records and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracyAssist with ad hoc accounting and administrative projects as needed
