Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while still being engaged with a highly professional and dedicated team. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, during which we are open to flexible scheduling options, allowing for either 4x10 or 5x8 work shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary duties will include:

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, groups, and families, helping them navigate a range of emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Conducting thorough client interviews to gather essential social, personal, and health-related information that aids in developing tailored treatment plans.

• Evaluating mental health needs and treatment options to establish effective therapeutic interventions within your professional scope.

• Coordinating and planning programs that cater to clients' social and emotional needs, ensuring they have access to comprehensive support services.

• Facilitating cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, managing short-term crisis resolutions, and directing clients to relevant community resources for additional help.

• Establishing and nurturing a therapeutic relationship characterized by mutual respect, trust, and acceptance, which is critical for effective client engagement.

• Documenting treatment progress and case notes accurately to maintain current and comprehensive client records in accordance with clinic protocols.

• Managing an appropriate caseload, ensuring that each client receives timely and consistent attention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied clientele who may present with complex mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma-related disorders, depression, substance abuse, relationship conflicts, and grief. Our clients primarily consist of adolescents and adults seeking comprehensive mental health support. Your expertise as an LCSW will be instrumental in helping them cope with these challenges through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with diverse client populations, specifically in the treatment of behavioral health issues such as depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, family and marital counseling, and grief is highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
