Position Overview

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Physical Therapist at Archibold Physical Therapy Clinic, located in North Fort Myers, Florida. In this full-time, onsite role, you will provide exceptional rehabilitative care to patients who are recovering from injuries, surgical procedures, or chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess their physical condition and needs, establishing personalized treatment plans tailored to enhance recovery.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-informed methods, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modality applications, to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on rehabilitation processes, home exercises, and the use of assistive devices to foster independence and recovery.
• Document all patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes meticulously to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary communication with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
