Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Joint Journey Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions, mobility limitations, and personal goals.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and educational resources.
• Instructing patients on the proper use of therapeutic techniques and equipment, ensuring their understanding and ability to perform exercises correctly.
• Employing modalities such as massage, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to facilitate healing and restore function.
• Assisting patients in the use of rehabilitation aids, including wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices, to ensure their safety and independence.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, tracking progress, and regularly updating treatment goals based on patient feedback and clinical assessments.
• Providing valuable home exercise recommendations and in-home treatment strategies to support ongoing recovery.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
