Role Responsibilities

• Formulate Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs to create individualized therapy strategies that support their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to advance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily routines
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with occupational and physical therapists, speech therapists, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, patient-centered care
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families on therapy practices to encourage progress beyond the clinic
• Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment plans as needed to keep patients on their path to success

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or additional certifications are actively encouraged and supported

Licenses

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
