Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop personalized therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, focusing on a range of disorders and life challenges.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailoring approaches to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include diverse populations, ranging from adults dealing with anxiety and depression to children and adolescents facing behavioral challenges. Your ability to connect with a variety of patients will be essential in fostering trust and facilitating effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Illinois.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
