Accounts Payable Specialist
CFS is partnered with a construction company seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.
Location: Rockland, MA (100% onsite)

Accounts Payable Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all AP invoices are processed, matched to POs, and reconciled accurately for on-time payments
- Manage credit card imports, reconciliations, and exceptions using Excel and in-system tools
- Communicate with vendors to resolve billing and payment discrepancies quickly and professionally
- Contribute to administrative projects and organization-wide digital transformation initiatives
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvals
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Construction or related industry experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
