Dentist needed in Westphalia MO

About the Position:

A growing dental practice in a welcoming small-town community in Westphalia, MO is seeking a full-time associate dentist. We are looking for a motivated and skilled clinician who aligns with the practice’s philosophy of comprehensive general dentistry.

This role offers unique opportunities to gain hands-on experience in implant placement, full-arch surgery, and both removable and fixed prosthetics. While strong clinical skills are essential, the key qualities we value most are excellent communication, confidence in providing care in a high-volume setting, and the ability to build strong relationships with patients.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Thursday

The practice is planning to expand with a second location within the next year or two. Rather than keeping associates tied solely to Westphalia, this position is designed to help grow skills and serve as a springboard for future practice ownership or leadership opportunities. Staying long-term in Westphalia is also welcomed, as the community is known for its friendly atmosphere, supportive residents, and slower pace of life—ideal for both personal and professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive production-based pay: 30% on the first $500,000 collected, 35% on collections thereafter

• Guaranteed minimum salary: $200,000

• Health insurance provided

• Malpractice coverage provided by associate

• Additional benefits and terms are negotiable

Our previous associate, fresh out of dental school, produced just over $1,100,000 in her first year, demonstrating the strong earning potential in this position.
