Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to formulate precise clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to align with each client's specific needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that adapt to the dynamic circumstances surrounding each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute psychological distress, ensuring timely and effective responses during emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment summaries, in compliance with ethical and legal standards to uphold client confidentiality.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LIMFT, LPCC, LISW) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
