Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, understanding their needs and establishing treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches.

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice independently in the state of California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, etc.).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy, with a proven ability to work effectively with adults.

• Strong proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to summarize sessions and maintain detailed records.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.
