Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse history.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.

• Maintaining accurate and compliant records, fulfilling all regulatory requirements for confidentiality and documentation.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and treatment team members to develop integrated care plans for clients.

• Educating and involving clients’ families in the mental health recovery process, fostering a supportive environment for overall wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work primarily with pre-screened clients who exhibit stable mental health profiles and low acuity needs. This allows you to dedicate your focus to enhancing client engagement and outcomes through personalized therapeutic interventions. You will be equipped to address a variety of issues across adolescents and young adult populations, respecting each client’s unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in good standing within your state.

• Advanced proficiency and comfort with technology, including an understanding of electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective client interaction and accurate documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
