As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Business Development Leader to help expand our market presence and develop long-term client relationships. What You’ll Do Develop relationships with multifamily owners, asset managers, property management executives, architects, engineers, and industry influencers. Identify and secure renovation, restoration, and capital improvement opportunities. Build executive-level relationships that generate repeat business and long-term partnerships. Represent IBI at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions. Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop winning solutions and proposals. Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve growth objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients solve complex construction challenges. What We’re Looking For Proven success generating new business and developing strategic client relationships. Experience in construction, multifamily renovation, restoration, capital improvements, property services, or a related industry. Strong networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Commercial and financial acumen. A disciplined, process-driven approach to business development.
