Working from Sunnyvale, California, our team operates in a remote outpatient office environment. This flexible setup allows our counselors to engage with clients nationwide while promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our digital infrastructure supports seamless communication, collaboration, and documentation, providing you with the tools needed to excel in your role. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct live virtual therapy sessions for adult clients, addressing a broad spectrum of emotional and psychological needs, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate and monitor patient progress, as well as to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive clinical documentation using our streamlined, therapist-friendly electronic health record system.

• Collaborate with a leadership team and other mental health professionals for ongoing consultation and case management support to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Engage in regular professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with adult clients, many of whom may be experiencing high levels of stress and require immediate emotional support. You will employ your expertise to address a range of issues from mild to severe, delivering tailored therapeutic strategies that meet the unique needs of each individual. The diversity of our client base allows for a rich and fulfilling therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field, such as Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC).

• An active, unrestricted license to practice independently in California, with additional state licenses being a valuable asset.

• At least two years of experience working independently as a mental health counselor, applying evidence-based therapies to support adult populations.

• Strong proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
