Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnose mental health conditions accurately, ensuring safety and quality of care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing clients' coping skills and resilience.

• Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and active mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) that allows for the provision of unsupervised therapy services.

• At least two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy is necessary, with a proven track record of effective treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
