Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using various evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices aimed at addressing clients' specific challenges.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients who require a virtual session format due to location or personal preference, ensuring accessibility to our comprehensive mental health services.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of sessions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic skills and remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Our practice caters to adults and adolescents, providing support that is sensitive to the individual’s cultural and socio-economic background, with a strong emphasis on building trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Ability to express empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, understanding diverse life experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting, especially in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.
