This role will primarily be remote, offering you the flexibility to conduct therapy from the comfort of your home office while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client confidentiality. While our outpatient office in Forest Grove, Oregon serves as our hub, our remote setting will allow you to connect with clients through virtual platforms, thereby expanding your reach and flexibility. You will have access to a range of digital tools and resources to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' unique mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that set specific goals and outline therapeutic interventions.

• Provide therapeutic services through various modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to suit diverse client situations.

• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness and addressing any emerging issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical requirements, including treatment notes and progress reports, in the electronic health record system.

• Lead and facilitate support groups for parents, particularly focused on developing strategies for managing challenges related to placement and adoption, especially for families with prenatally substance-exposed children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse patient demographic, including adults and children/adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Your work will encompass not only traditional therapy but also advocacy and education to empower families, particularly in navigating complex situations involving children affected by substance exposure during pregnancy.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families in settings focused on mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
