Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to cultivate personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients through their mental health journeys.

• Maintain diligent and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to uphold the integrity of the counseling process.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement a holistic treatment framework that addresses all aspects of client wellbeing.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously refine care strategies and share knowledge among colleagues.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources, fostering empowerment and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar designation in New York, demonstrating your professional qualifications to practice.
