Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing clinical interviewing techniques and standardized assessments to formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that outline evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's goals and circumstances.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions, drawing from an array of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, including suicidal ideation and severe anxiety attacks.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards.

• Collaborate actively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to devise and implement integrated treatment approaches for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and relevant educational resources to remain updated on best practices in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse client population encompassing various backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
