Payroll Specialist

Bilingual Payroll Specialist (English/Spanish) Location: Secaucus, NJ We are partnering with a well-established organization in the Secaucus, NJ area to identify a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing end-to-end payroll processes using ADP Workforce Now . Key Responsibilities Process accurate and timely payroll using ADP Workforce Now Review and edit employee timesheets using ADP Workforce Manager Process employee payroll changes, direct deposits, bonuses, commissions, and manual checks Administer court-ordered deductions and other payroll withholdings Respond to employee and management payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies Prepare payroll reports, W-2s, employment verifications, and unemployment requests Generate weekly and monthly payroll reports for HR using Excel Submit payroll funding requests for 401(k) and Credit Union contributions Assist with independent driver payments, reporting, and other payroll-related activities Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information Support additional payroll and accounting functions as needed Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and payroll experience Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience handling confidential information in a professional manner Why Apply?
