Key Responsibilities\n

In your role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients' mental health status utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans that take into account cultural diversity and specific needs of the patient population we serve.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities and continually monitor patient progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, clinical reports, and all relevant information in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan that aligns with their goals and desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals and establish strong connections with other treatment providers and agencies to facilitate patient access to additional resources.

• Engage in educational roles, offering mentorship to students, interns, and other staff, while supporting their development within the clinical environment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
