• Provide individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based practices with a caseload of self-motivated clients.

• Attend ongoing training sessions and workshops to stay current with best practices in clinical mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At RCC, we serve a broad spectrum of patients who seek assistance with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clients are often ready to engage in their healing journey and are motivated to follow through on their personal improvement plans. This role requires not only proficient therapeutic skills but also a genuine desire to foster change and support individuals in navigating their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure in the State of Washington as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a mental health clinical setting.

• A commitment to maintain a patient schedule with approximately 33 hours of client engagement per week.

• Ability to attend and actively contribute to weekly in-person consultations with the clinical team.
