Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide counseling services, both individually and in group settings, addressing the needs and goals of each patient through regular scheduled sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to fully understand each patient’s mental health status and challenges.

• Develop, facilitate, and regularly review individualized treatment plans with patients to ensure alignment with their therapeutic goals.

• Design and implement aftercare and discharge plans that promote long-term recovery and support reintegration into daily life.

• Monitor and ensure the effective delivery of counseling services, adjusting as necessary to meet patient needs and treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
