Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose patient conditions using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique cultural needs and circumstances.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes and ensure alignment with established mental health goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reporting activities, adhering to both regulatory requirements and departmental policies.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to create comprehensive treatment plans, setting achievable objectives that address physical, emotional, and safety needs.

• Coordinate with community resources and referral agencies, fostering links between patients and additional support services to facilitate holistic care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
