Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be expected to perform a range of important tasks, including:

• Conducting culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify their unique needs.

• Providing individual and family therapy sessions tailored to support the mental and emotional health of patients.

• Completing necessary billing, documentation, and individualized treatment plans, ensuring timely submission of insurance authorization forms.

• Developing crisis plans and safety plans in collaboration with clients to promote their stability and well-being.

• Creating discharge plans that facilitate successful transitions for patients moving from therapy.

• Adhering to all relevant federal and state regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through training opportunities to maintain licensure and enhance counseling skills.

• Participating in case consultation and agency meetings to exchange knowledge and improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:
