Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments that include interviews and psychological evaluations to accurately understand client needs and mental health status.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to client needs, goals, interventions, and expected outcomes, while leveraging best practice standards.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a variety of mental health ailments, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance abuse issues.

• Lead group therapy sessions that facilitate shared experiences and peer support, encouraging clients to learn and grow collectively.

• Respond to client crises with immediate support, safety planning, and de-escalation strategies to ensure their wellbeing and security.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, session notes, and treatment progress, while effectively navigating communications with relevant stakeholders, such as insurance providers and other healthcare professionals.

• Upkeep a strong adherence to ethical standards and professional guidelines, working diligently to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, including successful completion of the required licensing examination.

• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
