Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, developing tailored treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, ensuring that you address each client's unique issues and goals.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and reinforcing relationship strengths.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans in consultation with clients to accurately reflect their progress and changing needs.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment histories, while ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support for clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon is a must.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise.
