Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Operations Coordinator, you will contribute to the site's operations by maintaining calendars, managing supplies and budgets, supporting employee engagement initiatives, coordinating events, and assisting with communications. 4. Key responsibilities Provide strategic calendar management support to the team, including external engagements. Maintain the rhythm of the business by updating shared calendars and managing supplies and purchase orders.
