Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individual evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans that cater to clients’ unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care efforts, check-in regularly on client progress, and provide comprehensive support.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and therapy techniques in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is essential.
