Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients presenting with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions to address client needs and improve their mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure that client care is cohesive and comprehensive, meeting their emotional, social, and medical needs.

• Engage in regular case management meetings to discuss client progress, barriers to treatment, and adjustments needed in the care plan.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and relevant clinical information to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in social work and mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW within a detox center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals overcoming substance use disorders and those experiencing co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
