Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnosing, when necessary, to evaluate patient mental health status and develop individualized care plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices to support patient progress, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Continuously evaluating treatment efficacy and making necessary adjustments to promote optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely treatment records, clinical reports, and other required documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Employing a collaborative approach in developing treatment plans with patients and their families, striving for cultural competence and inclusivity in care.

• Coordinating referrals and connecting patients with necessary resources and additional support services.
\n
• Providing education and mentorship to interns, students, and volunteers, fostering a nurturing environment for professional growth.

• Participating in peer reviews and clinical collaboration with supervision to sustain team development and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:
