Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing severe emotional disorders and symptoms of major mental illness, both in office settings and the community.

• Participate actively as a member of the treatment team, fostering collaboration and shared goals to enhance overall patient care.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for comprehensive assessments when necessary, ensuring that client needs are accurately identified and met.

• Create and implement individualized care plans, coordinating access to services and collaborating with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers.

• Deliver focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
