Work Environment\n

The remote work option allows for a flexible schedule, making it easier to accommodate client needs and personal commitments. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be necessary depending on patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health evaluations to understand patients' backgrounds, needs, and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing issues of mental health and wellness, providing clients with essential coping strategies and support.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups to create a supportive community atmosphere.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, effectively managing emergency situations for clients in distress.

• Educate patients about various mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can assist with their recovery journeys.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and devise appropriate treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong ethical framework and sound judgment in professional practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
