WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT Analyze multi-state wage reporting for accuracy and completeness Assist with month-end close procedures Perform weekly review and matching of payroll items as well as non-matching items and reconciling journal entries to the correct amounts Answer questions related to payroll tax and payroll banking Audit union employee data, submitting monthly reports and required payments to each Local union Ad hoc duties as assigned BACKGROUND THAT FITS 3+ years of Payroll experience with emphasis in Payroll Accounting and Payroll Tax Union experience preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience with Workday payroll and reporting tools Multi-state full cycle payroll experience in high volume fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree required, or commensurate experience. #JR1 Open #J-18808-Ljbffr
