Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while serving students and families across Memphis, Tennessee. As a School-Based LCSW, you will engage directly with school personnel, teachers, and community partners to create a supportive network for your clients.

Regular business hours are maintained, though occasional evening and weekend commitments may arise for special events or program initiatives. This scheduling flexibility is designed to accommodate the unique needs of the families and students we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs, tailoring interventions based on individual circumstances.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for open dialogue.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review service plans in collaboration with clients, setting realistic goals and ensuring their progress towards these objectives.

• Actively advocate for clients, addressing their rights and ensuring access to necessary resources and services.

• Engage in program development activities, contributing to evaluation efforts and grant reporting to secure funding and resources.

• Collaborate effectively with community organizations and governmental bodies to amplify service delivery and impact.

• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen program effectiveness and community ties.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents in school settings, alongside their families. You will work with clients facing various challenges that impede their educational and social development, including behavioral issues, family conflict, trauma, and mental health concerns. By engaging these young individuals in a familiar environment, you will help instill resilience and foster positive coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of the principles of social justice, advocacy, and trauma-informed care.

• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, families, and professional stakeholders.

• Solid organizational skills to manage multiple cases and responsibilities efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a generous sign-on bonus for new hires.
