This role is uniquely positioned within a remote framework, allowing you flexibility while engaging with students in a school-based setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your knowledge and expertise to conduct independent psychosocial assessments, determining appropriate diagnoses for students.

• Collaborate with students to create individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that focus on their unique needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as solution-focused treatment, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, adapting strategies based on each student’s progress and responsiveness.

• Engage in systematic tracking of treatment outcomes, employing virtual platforms for regular monitoring of student progress towards predefined goals.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, primary care providers, and other service agencies, to ensure a holistic approach to student health and wellbeing.

• Assist in managing psychotropic medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, placing emphasis on adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n
