Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into students' mental health needs, including personal history and presenting issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on progress and feedback.

Your primary focus will be on students, providing mental health support tailored to various age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, required for consideration.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in a similar role within a school setting or private practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
