Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based methods.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that consider the unique needs of each client, facilitating access to family members and service providers.

• Carry a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy, tailoring treatment modalities to the specific needs of clients and ensuring continuous support.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to advance common goals and improve collaborative practices.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts as required, providing immediate support and utilizing appropriate resources.

• Monitor treatment progress and ensure timely completion of documentation, reports, and data submissions to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing your insights and experiences to enhance overall agency service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals and families grappling with severe mental health challenges, often in vulnerable situations. Many of our clients come from underprivileged backgrounds and may face additional barriers to accessing care. Your role as an LCSW will be pivotal in providing compassionate and understanding support, tailored to the cultural and emotional contexts of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
