Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by each client.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in psychotherapy for diverse populations.

• Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using video tools, maintaining professional rapport and ethical standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation using Simple Practice, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular supervision and staff meetings to discuss cases and share insights with fellow team members.

• Contribute to the development of group therapy sessions and workshops that align with the needs of our client population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our Licensed Mental Health Therapists work primarily with adolescents, adults, and couples, providing tailored interventions for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Texas.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is preferred.

• Strong skills in treatment planning, clinical assessment, and mental health counseling.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, particularly in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience\n
