Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring ongoing documentation aligns with company policies and procedures.

• Deliver exceptional client service by establishing a therapeutic rapport, while working synergistically with a dedicated team to fulfill our mission of community support.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), in both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Meet the goal of conducting a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly, balancing a fulfilling caseload with your overall wellness for a sustainable work-life balance.

• Coordinate with family members, medical personnel, case managers, and educational staff to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's life.

• Engage actively in clinical meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your clinical skills and contribute to team growth.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to establish and strengthen relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.

• Maintain timely communication with the Clinical Director regarding case management and other administrative needs to ensure organizational goals are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience in preparing and submitting comprehensive clinical documentation, including initial assessments and SMART treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
