Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (Early Childhood endorsement preferred)
• Experience working with early childhood or primary-aged children in special education
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Comfortable with a hybrid work environment—completing documentation and meetings remotely, while providing direct services and assessments on site
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with a range of learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with families, general education staff, and related service providers
• Conduct assessments and provide in-person services to students as required
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and complete necessary paperwork remotely

This contract role spans approximately 4 months, covering 65 instructional days, Monday through Thursday for a total of 32 hours per week. The hybrid approach offers flexibility—conduct digital paperwork and meetings from home while providing crucial hands-on support to students in the classroom.
