Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure digital platforms, ensuring that each session meets the unique needs of the client.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, including session notes and progress reports, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families, each facing distinct challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma. The focus is on personalized care, allowing for an inclusive approach that respects cultural, individual, and contextual factors in treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, dependent on caseload and experience.
