Mission of the Role
Join one of the world’s largest premium spirits suppliers and take responsibility for managing an assigned territory of accounts in the beverage alcohol industry. You’ll work closely with key on and off-premise accounts to build our business together by driving best-in-class execution.

Invest time in your account universe to gain a broad view of the market, support distributor execution, and gain an understanding of what competitors are executing from a pricing and programming standpoint, enabling Suntory to adapt to market conditions accordingly.

Role Responsibilities

Market/Key Accounts Execution
• Responsible for the SGS portfolio management within an assigned territory of accounts.
• Ensure end-to-end execution of commercial deliverables and KPI’s: distribution, displays, menus, cold box, counter, shelf placement & facings in compliance with brand standards.
• Accountable for delivering territory financial plan: depletion NSV & depletion Gross Profit.
• Execute SGS brand & consumer-pull programming during key promotional periods.
• All in service of growing market share against syndicated data sources.
• Manage demand creation tools inclusive of high-value POS, consumer sampling, and national consumer-offers.

Business Planning
• Lead joined-up business planning with key customers aligning distribution, programming, and activation against key promotional periods.
• Partner with wholesaler / broker partners to present suggested retail pricing and promotional activity.
• Actively manage the presentation and sell-in of innovation, limited-time-offers, allocations, Value-added-Packaging and seasonal items.
• Own Budget Management for territory (i.e. OPEX, Brand Investment Funds, T&E).

Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to facilitate collaborative business partnerships
• Partner with the distributor to accelerate growth and execution in key accounts.
• Work closely with marketing managers to bring to life brand programming and in-market activations.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of work-related experience in the Spirits, Beer, RTD alcohol categories, or within consumer-packaged goods companies.
• Demonstrated track record of success in previous employment and/or academic pursuits.
• Interested in working in a fast-paced environment and consistently interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with Wholesalers
• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Strong demonstration of fact-based selling skills
• Exceptional planning and self-management skills
• Ability to travel frequently across the assigned market, periodically outside of market
• Licensed driver of motor vehicles
• Lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45 lbs.
• Sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and typing using a computer
• Bachelor’s degree required

The salary range for this role is $70,000- $100,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
