Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a range of mental health conditions. Our client base typically seeks support for managing stress, anxiety, mild depression, and other common life challenges. Therapists can expect to build strong therapeutic relationships, focusing on empowering clients with the tools needed to improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted; candidates must have a clear disciplinary record.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, reflective of your experience and the hours you are available to work.
