Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment planning and provide crisis consultation as needed, including developing pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, and positive behavior guidelines.

• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to seamless clinical operations.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and effectiveness of interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure adherence to clinical excellence.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate holistic care delivery.

• Maintain open lines of communication within the organization and the broader community to promote agency goals and enhance client services.
\n
• Build and sustain partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies and organizations to support program promotion and resource development.

• Pursue ongoing personal and professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health advocacy.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and client care.
