Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess clients' psychological status and needs during initial intake sessions.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges, goals, and preferences.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress accurately, manage appointments, and maintain confidentiality as prescribed by legal and ethical guidelines.

• Regularly participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress, share insights, and establish referral pathways to other specialists as needed.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions as necessary, guiding clients through acute stress or emotional distress while ensuring safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
