Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. Every client is thoroughly screened before they can book your services, minimizing the challenges associated with high-acuity cases. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice in Washington State as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
\n
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion in a therapeutic setting.

• Competence with digital technology for therapy, scheduling, and client management.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting. Experience working with similar patient demographics will be advantageous in ensuring effective client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and number of working hours. Additional benefits include:
